FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in East Naples, FL is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient team.
Working alongside our Physical Therapists, you will help carry out individualized treatment plans designed to improve patients' strength, mobility, balance, function, and overall quality of life.

Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Provide therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility interventions
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates with the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other members of the clinical team
Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care
Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for Florida licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team
Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
