Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative way
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Aisera buying cycle
  • Qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling and prospecting
  • Prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts
  • Research accounts, identify key players and build relationships
  • Demonstrate the AI Service Management solution and align value to customers' pain points
  • Maintain and expand the list of assigned prospects while generating pipeline for the business
