Responsibilities
  • Managing and responding to emails, phone calls and other forms of communications
  • Providing office support for staff
  • Maintaining organized files and records of business activity
  • Order entry of customer orders on company system
  • Reception duties including answering phone and booking visitors
  • Providing Customer Service for warranty process & delivery paperwork
  • Supporting NCR process by maintaining the database
  • Performing other administrator duties as requested
