Reception duties including answering phone and booking visitors
Providing Customer Service for warranty process & delivery paperwork
Supporting NCR process by maintaining the database
Performing other administrator duties as requested

Job Summary:

Business administration means handling day-to-day tasks to ensure various departments run smoothly.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

Managing and responding to emails, phone calls and other forms of communications
Providing office support so that staff can work smoothly with customers internal & external.
Maintaining organized files and records of business activity
Order entry of customer orders on to company system.
Reception duties to include answering phone and booking visitors into site.
Provide Customer Service by assisting with the warranty process & delivery paperwork.
Supporting NCR process by maintaining the database.
Any other administrator duties as and when requested.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

Required Qualifications:

4 GCSE’s including Math’s and English Level 4 or equivalent.
Computer Literate - Proficient in Microsoft suite.
Business admin and office environment/Customer service experience.
