Customer Service Clerk

For our office in Dresden we are looking for:

Clerk Customer Service (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Support for national and international clients and customers.
• Acceptance of inquiries or complaints, preparation of offers
• Entry of orders in the company-specific transport management system
• Invoice verification and correspondence with external service providers and specialist departments
• Close cooperation with colleagues (m/f/d) in the customs department and transport planning
• Development and optimization of existing and new processes
• Reporting/shipment tracking
• Ensuring that customer-specific KPIs are met.

Qualifications: 

• Completed commercial training, e.g. B. Clerk for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d) or similar
• Experience in telephone customer service and complaints management.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in direct customer contact.
• Confident German/English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team, independent working style, structured and commitment.

• You are characterized by a conscientious and result-oriented way of working.
• CargoWise knowledge is an advantage.
