Requirements
  • An Associate’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
  • Process undergraduate application materials and supporting documents for first-year and transfer applicants.
  • Review, analyze, enter, and maintain applicant data in admissions systems.
  • Review transcripts and other educational documents to determine whether materials meet application requirements, verifying the accuracy and completeness of application records and admissions checklists.
  • Reconcile data discrepancies and support data quality initiatives within admissions systems.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of student records and admissions data.
  • Assist with administrative processes related to international student enrollment, including supporting review of financial documentation submitted by admitted international students.
  • Serve as a Designated School Official upon completion of required training, managing international student records and supporting compliance with federal immigration regulations.
  • Communicate with students regarding admissions, enrollment, and financial aid-related questions, resolving routine issues and appropriately escalating complex concerns.
  • Collaborate with campus partners to support international student enrollment.
  • Provide guidance on admissions procedures, application requirements, deadlines, and applicant portal navigation throughout the admissions cycle.
  • Support process improvement efforts and help identify data quality issues within admissions systems.
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience with educational systems and documents, transcripts, and sensitive and confidential information.
  • Knowledge of Slate (CRM), PeopleSoft (SIS), SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Docs.
