Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive event and trade show strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events and trade shows, including logistics, vendor management, staffing, and on-site management.
  • Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Manage relationships with event venues, suppliers, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for events and trade shows.
  • Leverage digital marketing channels to maximize event attendance and engagement.
  • Communicate event plans, progress, and outcomes to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for events.
  • Track and report on event expenditures, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Represent BILL at trade shows and other activities as needed.
