- Four or more years of experience with robotic or automated systems.

- Support the daily operation of industrial robots and automated production cells.
- Troubleshoot robot faults, alarms, and cycle interruptions to keep production moving.
- Assist with robot programming, teach pendant operation, and path adjustments.
- Work with end-of-arm tooling, including grippers, vacuum systems, and actuators, and with peripheral equipment.
- Help integrate robotic systems with programmable logic controllers, conveyors, sensors, and vision systems.
- Support the installation, startup, and commissioning of robotic equipment.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements in cycle time and quality.
- Maintain documentation for robot programs and system updates.
- An Associate’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Experience with programmable logic controller environments and industrial automation systems.
- A passion for learning.
