- Deliver one-to-one sessions and workshops on prompt design, large language model workflows, and generative AI best practices for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Facilitate use-case discovery with business and engineering teams to identify where AI can increase productivity or improve outcomes.
- Design, prototype, and deploy custom GPTs, assistants, and lightweight automations that solve real user problems.
- Develop a curated prompt library, templates, playbooks, and demo videos that propagate best practices across the organization.
- Implement evaluation checks for output accuracy, relevance, and hallucination mitigation, and track metrics on usage and efficiency gains.
- Work with engineering and security teams to ensure prototypes follow data governance, privacy, and responsible-AI policies.
- Experience building chatbots, assistants, or integrations such as Slack bots, Teams bots, or small web applications.
- Knowledge of large language model evaluation metrics, hallucination mitigation strategies, and prompt-based safety or guardrails.
- Coursework or practical experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or data governance.
