About the Job

Requirements

A completed degree in supply engineering, building services engineering, building climate engineering, energy engineering, or a comparable qualification such as technician or master craftsman is required.
Several years of professional experience in specialist planning of building-services engineering projects are required; experience at a general planning company or specialist building-services planning office is preferred.
Sound knowledge of building-services engineering, especially heating, ventilation, sanitation, and air conditioning, is required.
Proficiency with industry software such as computer-aided design, computer-aided engineering, or building information modeling is required.
Fluent German is required; English is an advantage.
A structured, self-reliant, and interdisciplinary working approach is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and plan complex building-services engineering solutions focused on heating, ventilation, sanitation, and air conditioning across all HOAI service phases.
Implement innovative and sustainable concepts in heating, ventilation, sanitation, and air conditioning.
Contribute to shaping the building-services engineering planning process in general planning and collaborate with internal and external specialist planning teams.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and technical requirements.
Independently handle projects within the heating, ventilation, sanitation, and air conditioning team.
Propose improvements to existing planning processes and methods.

Desired Qualifications

Experience at a general planning company or specialist building-services planning office is preferred.
English-language skills are an advantage.

Entwickeln und Planen von komplexen TGA-Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt HLSK über alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI
Umsetzen innovativer und nachhaltiger Konzepte in den Bereichen Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär und Klima
Mitwirken an der Gestaltung des TGA-Planungsprozesses in der Generalplanung und Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Fachplanungsteams
Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und technischen Vorgaben
Eigenständiges Bearbeiten von Projekten innerhalb des HLSK-Teams
Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen für bestehende Planungsprozesse und Methoden

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Gebäudeklimatik, Energietechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Techniker:in oder Meister:in)
Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Fachplanung von TGA-Projekten, idealerweise in einem Generalplanungsunternehmen oder TGA-Fachplanungsbüro
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der TGA, insbesondere in den Bereichen Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär und Klima
Sicherer Umgang mit Branchensoftware wie CAD, CAE oder BIM
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und interdisziplinäre Arbeitsweise
