Requirements
  • Masters degree focused on GNSS
  • 7+ years of proven software development experience
  • C/C++/Matlab/Python
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with GNSS receiver DSP, both hardware-based and software-defined radios
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a development team with minimal supervision in a fast-paced development environment with changing priorities
Responsibilities
  • Be part of the GNSS team responsible for GNSS tracking, measurement, and analysis tools used across Trimble (Ag, Autonomy, Construction, OEM, and Infrastructure). Work will involve one or more of the following:
  • Anti-spoofing (data authentication, tracking, PVT, and analysis)
  • Anti-jamming
  • Improving tracking/GNSS observables in harsh environments (around trees, obstructions etc)
  • Improving the GNSS tracking under high ionospheric scintillation conditions
  • Implementing support for new signals or signal updates as GNSS evolves
  • Hardware and software-based GNSS DSP engines
  • Advanced tool generation
  • Tasks may involve analytics, algorithm development, and implementation in a real-time embedded system.
