Requirements
  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience managing large enterprise relationships with deep technical/product needs
  • Technical background in the Background Check Industry and understanding of Checkr’s software products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with common software applications like Zendesk, Salesforce, Google Apps, etc.
  • Experience in a B2B software technology company, HR tech industry experience a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 20% for customer-facing or internal team meetings
Responsibilities
  • Own navigating through key challenges and investigations for customers
  • Establish working relationships with cross-functional peers to shape products and services
  • Demonstrate complex business problem-solving skills
  • Develop a deep understanding of Checkr products and customer workflows
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot high-level technical issues for customer satisfaction
  • Manage program/project management and detailed documentation
  • Understand customer analytics requests and present insights in a business context
  • Establish trust with customers to solidify strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to improve customer service
  • Act as a strong voice and internal advocate for customers
