Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in social work and current membership in the OTSTCFQ are required.
  • A valid unrestricted driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required because public transportation is unavailable in the area.
  • The candidate must be autonomous, versatile, and adaptable to the realities of small, isolated communities.
Responsibilities
  • Assess the social functioning and psychosocial needs of local clients of all ages.
  • Provide support, guidance, crisis intervention, and short- and medium-term follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with the CLSC medical teams and partners across the Gaspésie network.
  • Develop and implement individualized or family intervention plans adapted to regional realities.
