Requirements
  • Knowledge of, or demonstrated ability to learn, specific game protocol as it pertains to Ivy League and National Collegiate Athletic Association rules.
  • Ability to observe and react quickly to events on the field, court, or athletic venue.
  • Willingness and ability to support a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Assist game day management staff with operating the penalty box, helping with scoreboard operations, and performing other assigned tasks.
  • Assist with facility setup and breakdown for various sports throughout the academic year.
  • Interact and work alongside Athletic Communications, Event Management, and Marketing and Promotions staff during events.
  • Serve as a ball person for outdoor sports, floor mop during basketball games, penalty box operator during hockey, and assist with distributing judge scores during gymnastics events.
  • Perform duties in compliance with National Collegiate Athletic Association and Ivy League rules and regulations.
