  • 5+ years in GTM/Sales strategy, revenue operations and/or management consulting
  • Direct people management experience
  • Experience designing and administering critical GTM processes in a complex organization
  • Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working closely with executive level stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for global business and operating divisions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for global Sales capacity planning
  • Design, implement, and measure global transformation programs
  • Take a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Unblock the team as needed
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, FP&A, Revenue Operations, People, and other GTM teams
  • Manage a team of 3-4 FTEs to start
