Position Summary We're seeking a Full Stack Microsoft Fabric & Power BI Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise analytics solutions across the Microsoft Fabric platform. This role owns the entire analytics lifecycle, from data ingestion and transformation to semantic modeling, dashboard development, and business adoption.
The ideal candidate combines strong data engineering, business intelligence, and stakeholder engagement skills and can independently deliver scalable analytics solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making. This individual will need frequent, easy access to our Woodland location (within 45 minutes).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Microsoft Fabric solutions including Lakehouses, Warehouses, Data Factory pipelines, Notebooks, and Semantic Models.

Compensation Salary Range: $100,000 - $145,000 DOE
Ideal Candidate This is not a report-writer role. The successful candidate should be comfortable building end-to-end analytics solutions, including: Source Systems → Fabric Pipelines → Lakehouse/Warehouse → Semantic Models → Power BI Dashboards and translating business requirements into scalable, self-service analytics solutions.
