Requirements
  • Two years of experience as a Roll-Off Driver.
  • A valid and up-to-date driver's license.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Perform routine safety circle-check inspections.
  • Drive roll-off trucks along designated commercial routes to collect waste and construction debris.
  • Transport debris to a designated transfer station for disposal.
  • Inspect and ensure the safety of drop-off areas.
  • Operate the hand tarp effectively and efficiently to ensure no debris exits the bins.
  • Ensure compliance with all transportation laws and procedures.
  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Immediately report unsafe situations.
  • Attend and complete mandatory training and team meetings.
  • Submit timely reports for containers and bins in need of repair or replacement.
