Provide hands-on technical support, administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Configure and support Blue Yonder WMS functionality across warehouse operations, including Receiving, Putaway, Inventory, Picking, Packing, Shipping, and Labor.
Provide Tier 2 application support and coordinate with Tier 1, Tier 3, infrastructure, development teams, and vendors for incident resolution and escalation.
Troubleshoot complex application, configuration, integration, interface, and production issues.
Use SQL for data analysis, application diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Analyze application and system logs to identify errors, integration failures, performance issues, and underlying causes of production incidents.
Support integrations between Blue Yonder WMS and related ERP, TMS, carrier, shipping, SaaS, automation, and warehouse systems.
Support Windows/Linux server-based peripheral systems and applications integrated with the WMS environment.
Install, configure, test, deploy, and support software associated with Blue Yonder WMS and related warehouse solutions.
Perform application development, configuration, scripting, or technical changes as needed to resolve issues and improve application functionality.
Develop and implement technical solutions to improve application performance, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
Support application releases, upgrades, patches, and production deployments.
Participate in change and release management activities, including technical review and CAB processes.

This is a hands-on technical role responsible for supporting the Blue Yonder WMS environment, resolving complex application and integration issues, performing root cause analysis, supporting software releases and deployments, and developing technical solutions to improve system performance and warehouse operations.
