Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in event planning, logistics, or project coordination.
  • An Associate's degree or higher in Business, Event Planning, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe products.
  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for vendor coordination.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to meet project milestones and delivery schedules through competent and professional performance.
  • Ability to comply with regulatory and mandatory training requirements.
  • Proficiency with business tools and technology, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee logistical support for virtual and in-person events, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Manage scheduling, participant coordination, and venue arrangements for on-site events.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for facilitators and participants as needed.
  • Ensure all required materials and equipment are ready for each session.
  • Coordinate with facilitators to ensure logistical needs are met, including meeting space and audio/visual requirements.
  • Assist with adjustments to event schedules or logistics based on evolving needs.
  • Produce work products that are thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and compliant with established criteria.
  • Travel for on-site events.
