Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze and redistribute data for sales team
  • Assist in optimizing marketing efforts for improved lead generation
  • Support the sales team by maintaining CRM data hygiene
  • Monitor and track the health of the sales pipeline
  • Import and update small and large amounts data as needed
  • Assist with Oracle support and access to internal systems for new sales team members
  • Assist with financial reporting and follow up related to invoice collections, purchase order renewal, and payment portals
  • Source Bid and RFP opportunities from online platforms
  • Assist in completing Client Vendor Forms for new and existing clients
  • Assist with pulling Knowsys waste data to review trends
  • Create client presentations as part of the bid process
  • Assist with Freedom of Information Act requests to gather historical pricing
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales support, marketing attribution, environmental or related roles is a plus
