Sales Support Specialist
Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join and support our fast-growing Business Development team in our Somerville, MA corporate office.
You will support our business development, account management, marketing, and bids teams by helping to organize and deliver data in an accurate and organized manner. This role will require a high attention to detail and a love for data organization, accuracy, and problem solving. Our sales team moves quickly, and this candidate must be able to adapt to changing goals and priorities.
This detail-oriented candidate will play a pivotal part in our daily operations and will contribute towards the revenue production of our Sales and Marketing teams who rely on up-to-date and accurate data in the CRM.

This position reports to our Sales Support Administrator. This role is onsite and is based in our Somerville, MA headquarters. The pay range for this position is $48,000 to $60,000.
Essential responsibilities:
- Marketing/Leads ROI:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze and redistribute data for sales team.
- Assist in optimizing our marketing efforts for improved lead generation.
- Assist in the attribution of conference and trade show attendees with campaign assignments.
- Sales Team Behavior/Opportunity Pipeline:
- Support the sales team by maintaining CRM data hygiene.
- Provide ongoing support for the sales team, VP of Sales, and other leadership.
- Monitor and track the health of the sales pipeline.
- Monitor and report on Sales Team Behaviors.
- Import and update small and large amounts data as needed.
- Prospect research projects as needed.
- Assist with customer QBR tracking and data support.
- Tech Support/Sales Onboarding:
- Assist with Oracle support and access to internal systems for new sales team members.
- Create training materials and FAQs/SOPs to facilitate user adoption of CRM tools.
- Develop innovative solutions for common tech support challenges.
- Assist with financial reporting and follow up related to invoice collections, purchase order renewal, and payment portals.
- Deliver training for employees as needed.
- Bid and Request for Proposal (RFP) assistance.
- Source Bid and RFP opportunities from online platforms.
- Assist in completing Client Vendor Forms for new and existing clients.
- Assist with pulling Knowsys waste data to review trends.
- Create client presentations as part of the bid process.
- Assist with Freedom of Information Act requests to gather historical pricing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Familiarity with Oracle CRM and BI platforms
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Tech-savvy with a fast-learning capability
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-driven work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to perfection.
- Creative thinker with the ability to find innovative solutions.
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales support, marketing attribution, environmental or related roles is a plus.
