A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Nebraska.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in Federal, Aviation, and/or Transportation markets.
Strategic thinking skills and the ability to implement long-range plans.
The ability to manage, coach, and mentor team members.
The ability to establish and maintain client relationships and demonstrate seller-doer skills.
Strong financial acumen and knowledge of key performance indicators.

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Transportation Group Leader in our Omaha office. As the leader of this team, you would be responsible for developing and executing strategy and providing operational oversight and leadership for the Group. Responsibilities include overseeing Federal, Aviation, and Traffic and Roadway market sectors, managing client relationships, and developing Group talent.
