- Design network architectures based on customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop unique solutions that meet customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Storage, Platform, Application, and other IT disciplines to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
- Develop and maintain configuration plans for Cisco ACI design, planning, implementation, and testing in multi-data-center configurations.
- Create architectural design solutions and present them to client stakeholders.
- Work with infrastructure engineers to identify new products and solutions.
- Document maintenance for computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Maintain systems and documentation for audits and compliance.
- Communicate with customers by providing incident progress updates, notifying them of impending changes, and coordinating outages.
- Be available to other engineers and coach them toward resolution.
- Participate in 24x7 on-call support and help resolve issues outside normal business hours.
- Experience with Network Access Control and network segmentation.
