- Handle and manage complex claims to conclusion in financial loss liability insurance (VSH) and directors and officers (D&O) liability insurance.
- Design the full claims management approach for assigned claims and manage all claims processes.
- Conduct factual and coverage reviews, develop economically and legally viable solutions, and negotiate them with customers, experts, and lawyers.
- Make independent decisions and settle claims accordingly.
- Support lawyers in liability and coverage proceedings.
