About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Zero to two years of experience in an HR or administrative role is required.
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and human resources information systems software is required.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially is required.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate selection.
- Partner with operations teams to understand hiring needs and fulfill staffing requirements in a timely manner.
- Manage relationships with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
- Maintain a candidate pipeline and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding processes to facilitate new-hire integration.
- Track and maintain candidate data within applicant tracking systems.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and pipeline conversion, and support reporting.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with payroll coordination, timekeeping accuracy, and basic human resources administrative tasks.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and human resources projects as needed.
