About the job
- High school education or equivalent is required.
- One to two years of experience in a hotel or resort environment is required.
- At least two years of customer service experience is required.
- At least one year of event planning experience is required.

- Prepare meeting materials for pre-conference meetings and make copies for guests using the conference space.
- Assist with shipping and receiving event materials or equipment.
- Assist the banquet team with refreshing conference spaces.
- Create signage for guests and meeting planners.
- Track group breaks and communicate them to the banquet and Housekeeping Public Area teams.
- Ensure that all requests in Banquet Event Orders are delivered.
- Direct guests to the correct event areas and functions.
- Assist guests and meeting planners with special requests.
- Deliver amenities properly and ensure that room table setups and equipment are placed in the correct meeting rooms.
- Communicate with the Purchasing/Delivery Department regarding shipping and receiving group boxes.
- Post group charges to the correct master accounts.
- Assist with the bride and groom’s rooms.
- Accurately track wedding gifts for guests.
- Assist with ceremony setup and cleanup of the bridal suite.
- Create door signs and place them at the correct rooms.
- Act as a liaison and maintain open communication among the Meeting Planner, Event Management, Banquet Culinary team, and service staff.
- Manage Banquet Department administrative functions, including performing daily time edits, making food signs for daily events, making changes in the Banquet BEO book, calling vendors, ordering rental equipment specified by Banquet Event Orders, executing accurate banquet payroll, and assisting the banquet team as needed.

Crafted by renowned winemaker Jesse Katz, Wine Enthusiast's 2025 Winemaker of the Year, the collection now offers a trio of wines that fully express the character, terroir, and elevated hospitality experience of Montage Healdsburg. Originally introduced in Fall 2025 with the debut of the 2023 Montage Estate Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, the Montage Estate collection represents a first-of-its-kind program: estate-grown, estate-crafted wines sourced entirely from the vineyards on the grounds of Montage Healdsburg in Sonoma County's Alexander Valley.
