Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., energy, environmental science, policy, or engineering) and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • No visa sponsorship available (H-1B or TN)
  • Must be able to undergo background checks, including criminal, employment, education, licensure, and possibly credit and motor vehicle checks; drug testing may be required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the DOE Q-level clearance or equivalent; security clearance may be required for engagement teams handling sensitive engagements
Responsibilities
  • Analyzes geospatial data to evaluate energy infrastructure, supply chains, and market impacts
  • Manage and update geospatial mapping applications and conduct data validation for energy infrastructure and facilities
  • Provide Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting and Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis and Convening, and Energy Market Economic and Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services for the Department of Energy Office of Policy
  • Support DOE initiatives with analysis, collaboration, and strategic implementation
  • Develop analyses and support initiatives aligned with project objectives and ensure alignment with project objectives
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on energy markets, economic impacts, and regulatory strategies
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with DOE objectives

  • Expertise in energy policy and technical consulting; domain expertise and technical proficiency in related fields
  • Experience in energy markets, policy, and regulatory analysis; energy sector domain knowledge
  • Strong project management, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and teams
