- In-depth knowledge of React and Node.js, including their core principles and performance optimization techniques.
- Proven experience building and maintaining distributed systems involving multiple processes and servers.
- Ability to write efficient and optimized SQL queries independently.
- Hands-on experience with relational database design and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated experience in building reusable, interactive, and performant React components from scratch.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to grasp complex product details and translate them into technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Experience in conducting technical training or workshops, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

- Work closely with sales, product, and R&D teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and to drive business growth.
- Develop UI/UX for Web Dashboards, features, plugins on our web platform to support customer and internal team applications (React).
- Engage with retail customers and internal teams to understand their technical requirements and challenges. Relay customer feedback to product and development teams to drive product improvements.
- Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and maintain application notes, FAQs, and technical documentation.
