Requirements
  • A strong background in Enterprise SaaS RevOps with 3+ years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills — confident building complex models and running your own analysis
  • Exceptional communicator — clear, concise, and persuasive in presentations, meetings, and written comms
  • Proficient in HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Clay, forecasting tools, and workflow infrastructure — hands-on when needed, and capable of guiding the team
  • Collaborative, humble, and seen as a trusted expert
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards tracking key revenue metrics
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for revenue growth
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports for leadership highlighting performance against targets with actionable insights
  • Develop models and forecasts to support strategic planning and resource allocation
  • Continually improve the customer journey via new automations, workflows, and rep support
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling initiatives
  • Analyze performance by segment, product, and rep to optimize resource allocation
  • Maintain data hygiene and integrity within HubSpot (in partnership with our GTM Systems Admin)
  • Configure and optimize CRM workflows, automation rules, and reporting structures
  • Serve as the go-to expert for Sales and CS tech troubleshooting, rules of engagement, and daily operations
  • Partner with marketing to track lead quality, attribution, and campaign ROI
  • Work with customer success to analyze retention, expansion, and churn metrics
  • Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition, forecasting, and commission calculations
  • Lead special projects to drive operational improvements across the revenue organization
  • Develop and document best practices, playbooks, and standard operating procedures
  • Identify opportunities for process automation to reduce manual work and improve accuracy
  • Create self-service reporting tools empowering teams to access real-time insights
  • Partner with revenue enablement to ensure reps have data-driven coaching and resources
  • Monitor adoption of new initiatives and iterate based on feedback and results
