About the Company

Empower AI

AIaaS platform and government IT services

Empower AI provides AI-powered solutions to U.S. federal government agencies as a prime contractor. Its core offering, the Empower AI Platform (AIaaS), automates tasks, supports decision-making with a digital assistant, and includes an AI-management layer, all built to meet federal security and compliance, with services in systems engineering, cybersecurity, software development, and infrastructure modernization. Agencies deploy and operate AI-enabled workflows on the platform, integrating with existing IT environments and receiving end-to-end delivery and ongoing support to de-risk AI adoption. The company stands out thanks to a long government-contracting pedigree dating to 1989, large contract vehicles with the Army and DISA, and ownership by KKR and H.I.G. Capital, led by CEO Jeff Bohling. Its goal is to help federal agencies modernize operations securely and transparently while meeting procurement and oversight requirements.
