  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting roles within fast-paced and high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
  • Manage month-end close processes, including journal entries for Fixed Assets, payroll, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on complex financial issues, providing clear resolutions to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, driving efficient and scalable accounting solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and quality control in financial transactions.
  • Oversee payroll-related entries and maintain the general ledger’s accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.
  • Mentor junior accounting staff, fostering their professional development and understanding of accounting principles.
  • Support the year-end audit and tax processes, providing essential data and documentation as required.
  • Continually look for ways to enhance processes and streamline operations, aligning with InStride’s growth and objectives.
