Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current or pending New Hampshire Physical Therapy license is required.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong time-management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to provide safe patient handling and demonstrate appropriate physical and clinical judgment.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients using subjective data, objective measures, clinical assessment, prognosis, and function-based goals, establishing effective and individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and modify patient-specific treatment programs to support functional progress and long-term outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver patient and family education, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize engagement and understanding.
  • Document all clinical findings, plans, and progress in the electronic medical record in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete all required insurance and third-party payer information.
  • Provide clinical supervision to new staff members and affiliating students as assigned.
  • Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective treatment.
  • Maintain clinical competency and utilize equipment and techniques appropriate to training and experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and support a safe and positive patient experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy, preferably 1–2 years.
  • Graston Technique.
  • Lymphedema certification.
  • Dry needling.
