Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or Law
  • Minimum 10 years experience in domestic and international corporate real estate experience

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, execute and monitor all transaction processes (project initiation forms, market surveys, site tours, RFPs, LOIs, building evaluation matrixes, lease execution and transaction closeout) for all lease activity across multiple geographies.
  • Proactive management of lease transactions including negotiations, critical dates (breaks, renewals and expirations).
  • Develop the real estate portfolio database in alignment with the portfolio expansion.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret financial analysis templates including cash flow projections, P&L, etc., to understand the financial impact of transaction scenarios.
  • Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data for input into deliverables. Develop strong understanding of the wider market place in order to advise on trends and transactions.
  • Review, interpret and analyze lease documents, lease summaries and abstracts, and as well as other materials as part of the due diligence process.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement by bringing ideas forward to help differentiate the Datadog real estate team through efficiency and scalability to operate as, and deliver 'best in class' results.
  • Assist VP, Real Estate in reporting objectives, transaction requirements, transaction updates and department KPIs.
  • Build strong working relationships and auditable processes with 3rd party brokers, Office Operations, Legal, Finance, Security & Safety, and Management across Datadog to optimize real estate transaction execution.
