Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all administrative and operational functions of the office.
  • Ensure the office operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards, while partnering with Business Continuity teams on emergency preparedness planning and response readiness.
  • Coordinate office administrative needs, processes, and requests with Parametric international leaders.
  • Approve, implement, and establish office policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and property management coordination.
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and office equipment management.
  • Oversee invoicing, track office expenses, and manage budget-related activities.
  • Coordinate regularly with regional Morgan Stanley Facilities and Corporate Services partners.
  • Lead local coordination of employee events, town halls, onboarding, and workplace initiatives.
  • Develop and manage local office communications about on-site activities, operational updates, and building-related information.
  • Manage and maintain the Business Administration SharePoint site, ensuring its content is accurate, current, and reflective of office operations, resources, and building information.
  • Manage office occupancy, seating arrangements, and space planning.
  • Maintain oversight of office, kitchen, and supply inventory.
  • Supervise mail, shipping, and document handling.
  • Coordinate office operations and business administrative support needs with CAO leaders, executive assistants, Information Technology, and Facilities teams.
  • Report on office operations and improvement opportunities to Business Administration leadership.
  • Provide leadership and people management for administrative staff, including coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance, and manage team schedules to ensure office coverage and operational continuity.

Fortis prices $1B subordinated notes due 2057 with 6.625% and 6.875% coupons to refinance debt

Fortis Inc. announced on 9 September 2026 the pricing of a $1 billion public offering of junior subordinated notes maturing 30 March 2057. The issuance comprises two $500 million tranches with coupon rates of 6.625% and 6.875%. The St. John's, Newfoundland-based regulated electric and gas utility holding company plans to use net proceeds to repay maturing debt and support general corporate purposes. Closing is expected on 21 September 2026. The firm commitment offering is managed by a syndicate including Morgan Stanley, MUFG Securities Americas, Wells Fargo Securities, and BofA Securities as joint bookrunners. Fortis reported $12 billion in revenues in 2025 and held $79 billion in total assets as of 30 June 2026.

Ameren prices $900M junior subordinated notes offering due 2057

Ameren Corporation announced the pricing of a public offering of $900 million in junior subordinated notes due 2057 at 100% of their principal amount. The transaction is expected to close on 18 September 2026. The notes will bear interest at an annual rate of 6.45% from issuance until 15 March 2032. After that date, the rate will reset every five years based on the Five-Year Treasury Rate plus 1.868%, with a floor of 6.45%. Ameren intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including repaying short-term debt. Barclays Capital, BofA Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley, MUFG Securities Americas, Truist Securities, PNC Capital Markets, and Scotia Capital are joint book-running managers for the offering.
