About the job
- Fluency in English is required.
- Personalization and a focus on service are essential.
- Welcome guests during the night shift and provide an excellent guest experience.
- Perform check-ins and check-outs accurately in accordance with current internal procedures.
- Answer phone calls and emails, and provide information about hotel services.
- Monitor and control access to the hotel facilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks assigned to the night shift, including day closure and night audits when applicable.
- Respond promptly and professionally to requests or emergencies.
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including arranging the room, replenishing products, and preparing equipment.
- Open the breakfast service in accordance with defined schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure the hygiene and presentation of the dining area before guests arrive.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure an effective handover to the morning shift.
- Record and report all relevant incidents during the shift.
- Previous experience in the field is an advantage.
- Previous experience with the Opera system or a related system is desirable.
- Additional languages are a plus.
