Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end projects across Build and Run phases for clients in various industries, managing the project lifecycle from scoping and solution configuration through integration with client IT systems, testing, go-live, and continuous optimization.
Drive project governance by defining milestones, managing risks, and ensuring commitments are met for quality and timelines.
Manage project telecom aspects, including number allocation, portability, and regulatory changes from ARCEP.
Manage strategic client relationships and lead steering committees to keep projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
Provide expert recommendations based on industry best practices to continuously optimize deployed solution performance.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technical, and Customer Operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

About the Role:
Diabolocom is looking for a confirmed Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Paris. You play a key role in deploying our solution for our most strategic clients.
You lead end-to-end projects across both Build and Run phases, for clients spanning a variety of industries (retail, healthcare, real estate, etc.) and are in charge of all the projects lifecycles: scoping, solution configuration (contact center, AI…), integration with the client's IT ecosystem (CRM, business tools), testing phases, go-live, and continuous optimization.
