About the job
- Have 3 to 6 years of experience in growth, product growth, or sales.
- Have owned experiments end to end and shipped results.
- Be comfortable using SQL, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
- Own growth experiments from hypothesis through results and scaling.
- Own activation and onboarding for new customers.
- Own retention and expansion within existing accounts.
- Develop referral programs and organic growth loops.
- Test channels across search engine optimization, partnerships, and community.
- Own growth analytics, dashboards, and attribution.
- Build tooling and automation that removes friction from the funnel.
- Early-stage startup experience is preferred.
