  • Proven experience in partner marketing within the B2B technology space.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, HR technology, and related industries.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with Workday, UKG, Google, and Microsoft ecosystems is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key partners.
  • Collaborate with partner relationship teams to align on joint marketing strategies and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans leveraging the strengths of Achievers and its key partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partner marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand generation.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all partner-related marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate the sales team on partner offerings and joint value propositions.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner marketing initiatives and analyze campaign effectiveness.
