Area Manager
Paschal Home Services is a privately held, non–private equity backed home services provider, still growing with 13 locations and 400+ employees. We are building something designed to last—focused on long-term growth, best-in-class culture, and doing things the right way.

We are seeking a results-driven Area Manager to lead daily operations across our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical divisions within an assigned area. Reporting to the Regional General Manager (RGM), this individual will directly lead department managers, drive operational performance, and ensure our teams consistently deliver World Class Service.

This role is ideal for a proven operational leader who thrives on developing people, solving problems, and driving results. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and knows how to build high-performing teams while maintaining a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer service. For the right individual, this position offers a pathway to a Regional General Manager role as Paschal continues to grow.

What You’ll Do:
Operational Excellence

Oversee daily operations across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical divisions within the assigned area
Lead department managers to ensure consistent execution of company standards, processes, and operational KPIs
Monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement corrective action plans
Drive technician productivity, operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Maintain an active field presence, supporting managers and ensuring accountability at every level

Financial & Business Performance

Drive area-level revenue, gross profit, labor productivity, and expense targets
Review operational and financial performance regularly, identifying trends and opportunities to improve profitability
Hold department managers accountable for key performance indicators, including conversion rates, average tickets, callbacks, and technician productivity
Partner with the RGM to execute business plans, manage resources, and achieve financial objectives
Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize performance

People & Leadership

Directly supervise, coach, and develop HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Department Managers
Establish clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and hold managers accountable for results
Build leadership bench strength and support succession planning
Partner with Recruiting and HR to attract, hire, develop, and retain top operational talent
Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Customer Experience & Quality Assurance

Ensure consistent delivery of World Class Service across all divisions
Monitor customer satisfaction, service quality, and recurring customer concerns
Partner with department managers to resolve escalated issues and implement lasting solutions
Reinforce safety, professionalism, and company standards across field operations

Cross-Functional Partnership

Work closely with the RGM to execute regional priorities and operational initiatives
Partner with Recruiting, Training, Marketing, Finance, and other support teams to improve business performance
Support staffing plans, training initiatives, and operational improvements
Communicate performance results, challenges, and opportunities to regional leadership

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, preferably in residential home services or a related service industry
Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold managers accountable
Strong understanding of operational KPIs, financial performance, labor productivity, and profitability
Experience managing HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar field service operations
Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to be actively involved in daily operations
Data-driven, decisive, and comfortable addressing performance challenges
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to balance customer experience, employee engagement, and financial results
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software preferred
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned area
