- A valid driver's license, and approved to drive by Company's insurance carrier
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Proven experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse plumbing service issues
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment drug screens and background checks
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues to include (but not limited to) leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures and drainage systems
- Perform installations of plumbing systems, fixtures, appliances, and water heaters according to local codes and company standards
- Conduct routine maintenance and system inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions
- Provide clear explanations and cost estimates to customers before beginning work
- Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked service vehicle
- Perform other duties as assigned
