  • At least 3 years of experience in schema design, ontology management, semantic modeling, taxonomy management, metadata management, and knowledge graph curation.
  • At least 3 years of experience designing and developing knowledge graph solutions and graph-based machine learning models across functional and technical workstreams.
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing end-to-end data pipelines for artificial intelligence applications, especially large language model-enabled or enterprise knowledge applications, with hands-on design and configuration.
  • At least 4 years of experience with relational databases, object stores, graph databases such as Stardog, Neo4j, Amazon Neptune or equivalent, and vector databases.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a team or workstream within a larger program.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, research, product, domain, client-facing, and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Hands-on experience building Snowflake-based knowledge engineering solutions with warehouses, Snowpark, Cortex and artificial intelligence capabilities, Streams and Tasks, Native Apps and Streamlit, secure data sharing, governance features, application programming interfaces, and cloud storage integrations.
  • Strong Python and SQL experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, dbt, SPARQL, SHACL, Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, and extract, transform, load/extract, load, transform pipeline tooling.
  • Practical knowledge of natural language processing and search techniques, including entity extraction, entity resolution, semantic search, prompt engineering, large language model grounding, and enterprise-scale large language model applications.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable semantic data pipelines, ontology and schema pipelines, vector search and retrieval patterns, retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and governed knowledge services on Snowflake.
  • Strong collaboration, technical leadership, delivery ownership, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Design and structure knowledge frameworks that enable artificial intelligence systems to reason and make informed decisions.
  • Capture and translate expert and unstructured knowledge into ontologies, knowledge graphs, and semantic models, ensuring accuracy and context for automation and insights.
  • Apply advanced analytics on knowledge graphs to drive problem-solving and actionable insights.
  • Design, build, and lead significant workstreams for enterprise-scale knowledge graphs, semantic layers, ontologies, and artificial intelligence knowledge solutions using Snowflake Data Cloud capabilities.
  • Lead a substantial knowledge engineering scope within a large program, translate real-world business problems into scalable artificial intelligence and knowledge graph solutions, guide technical direction, and contribute to thought leadership, reusable assets, and delivery standards.
  • Engineer Snowflake-based knowledge engineering solutions using Snowflake warehouses, Snowpark, Cortex and artificial intelligence capabilities, Streams and Tasks, Native Apps and Streamlit, secure data sharing, governance features, application programming interfaces, and cloud storage integrations.
  • Build Snowflake semantic data pipelines, knowledge graph enablement patterns, vector integrations, large language model grounding layers, application programming interfaces, and governed access patterns while improving performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Lead the build of knowledge graph solutions that transform client data architecture within a large program scope.
  • Direct the design, development, and implementation of artificial intelligence, semantic layer, ontology, taxonomy, schema, graph modeling, and knowledge curation solutions, ensuring all components work together seamlessly.
  • Work with project leaders, delivery leads, client stakeholders, architects, data engineers, artificial intelligence engineers, product teams, and domain subject-matter experts to create graph-powered data and artificial intelligence offerings.
  • Develop client relationships, earn trust as a key advisor, and explain the business value of semantic layer, ontology, and knowledge graph solutions.
  • Make the business case for recommended semantic layer solutions and contribute to sales, pre-sales, estimation, proposal inputs, and solution-shaping activities.
  • Provide thought leadership on technology trends, innovation opportunities, limitations, risks, delivery concerns, and practical adoption of knowledge graphs, semantic artificial intelligence, large language model grounding, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic systems.
  • Design, evaluate, and maintain ontologies, schemas, standards, and reusable engineering patterns, while guiding teams on data model quality and implementation methods.
  • Lead a team or workstream within a larger program, mentor engineers, review design, code, and configuration, and guide adoption of new methodologies, model-building techniques, and algorithms.
  • Collaborate across business and technical teams to drive end-to-end delivery for the assigned scope and demonstrate value to business and technology stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud and data platforms, specializing in Snowflake and exposing the candidate to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform in multi-cloud environments.
  • Snowflake certifications such as SnowPro Advanced Architect, SnowPro Data Engineer, or related data cloud credentials.
  • Industry experience in banking, financial services and insurance, healthcare, retail, telecommunications, manufacturing, energy, the public sector, or life sciences, including domain ontologies, data models, compliance needs, and knowledge-driven use cases.
  • External client-facing consulting experience, proposal support, solution shaping, or pre-sales exposure.
  • An advanced degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline, with broad exposure to diverse machine learning techniques and agentic systems.

Accenture surges 17% on Q4 beat with $18.7B revenue, but analyst warns stock fully priced at 15x forward earnings

Accenture shares surged 17% on Thursday after reporting strong fourth-quarter results. The company posted revenue of $18.7 billion, up 6% year-over-year, while earnings per share jumped 46% to $3.29. Management's full-year revenue growth forecast of 4.5% exceeded analyst expectations of 4%. Net bookings rose 4% to $22.2 billion. The company plans to return at least $9.5 billion to shareholders this financial year. However, TD Cowen analyst Bryan Bergin maintained a hold rating, citing concerns that the stock is fully priced at 15 times forward earnings. He cautioned that one strong quarter may represent a cyclical bounce rather than structural growth acceleration. Despite this, Wall Street remains optimistic, with a "moderate buy" consensus rating. Accenture currently offers a 3.05% dividend yield.

Accenture soars 20% on upbeat fiscal 2027 forecast, lifting IBM and Cognizant

Accenture shares surged 20% Thursday after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter results and issued its fiscal 2027 outlook. Quarterly revenue rose 6% year-over-year to $18.7 billion, whilst GAAP diluted earnings increased 46% to $3.29 per share. New bookings reached $22.2 billion. For fiscal 2027, Accenture projects revenue growth of 3% to 6% in local currency, exceeding the 3.9% analyst consensus. The company expects GAAP diluted earnings of $14.39 to $14.81 per share and an operating margin of 15.9% to 16.1%. The positive forecast boosted competitors' shares. Cognizant Technology Solutions climbed 10%, Infosys gained 8%, and IBM rose 5% in morning trading. Accenture generated $2.8 billion in free cash flow during the quarter and returned $11.5 billion to shareholders in fiscal 2026.

Accenture partners with AWS to deliver cloud and AI tools for mid-sized companies

Accenture has announced a new collaboration with Amazon Web Services to deliver cloud and AI offerings specifically for mid-sized companies generating between $300 million and $3 billion in annual revenue. The technology bundle, available through AWS Marketplace, includes tools for virtual machine migration, cloud spending optimisation, security strengthening, and AI system risk testing. The offerings fall under Accenture Edge, a dedicated business unit serving mid-market clients. The collaboration also provides conversational AI, virtual agents, and customer service technology. 407 ETR, a Toronto-area electronic toll highway operator, is cited as an early customer. Accenture shares rose 1.6% in premarket trading following the announcement. The stock currently trades around $180, having rebounded more than 50% from June lows but remaining well below its 52-week high of $291.09.
