About the Job

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training as an automotive or agricultural machinery mechatronics technician, or in the electrical trades as an electronics technician for energy, building, machine, and drive technology.
  • You have at least two years of professional experience in service engineering or a comparable field.
  • You enjoy customer support in field service.
  • You have strong comprehension and a willingness to learn technical subjects.
  • You have an organized, independent, and customer-oriented working style and are able to work as part of a team.
  • You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • You have good Microsoft Office and personal computer skills.
  • You are willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

  • You perform service and maintenance activities on workshop equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, in accordance with legal requirements and manufacturer specifications.
  • You carry out the assembly and commissioning of workshop equipment.
  • You process and summarize order documents.
  • You provide technical support by telephone and ensure communication between the customer and the internal service department.
