Requirements
  • Completed licenciatura in economic-administrative areas or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience with banking products.
  • Knowledge of financial statement analysis.
  • Knowledge of simple credit analysis.
  • Experience placing financial products and serving SME clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Handle clients’ service requests related to contracting, maintenance, post-sale support, and operations.
  • Provide clients with the advisory services and operational support needed to meet service objectives.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by promptly handling requests for operation, installation, follow-up, and contracting of SME products.
  • Handle credit operations and coordinate with central teams to improve response times to clients.
  • Administer and/or control clients’ credit files.
  • Propose strategies and actions to improve the administrative, operational, and accounting controls of the SME center, supporting profitability and financial soundness.
  • Advise clients and members of the open market on services.
  • Prepare credit analyses for authorization.
  • Analyze company financial documents to assess its current financial situation.
  • Compile and control credit files and follow them through credit formalization.
  • Review credit bureau information and analyze data to generate prequalification.
  • Follow up on authorizations, socioeconomic studies, and telephone validations.
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 18 months of experience with SME products is preferred.
