About the job
- A Bac +5 qualification is required.
- At least 6 years of experience coordinating or managing projects related to payment methods.
- Strong knowledge of the payment ecosystem, including acquiring, payment flows, and CB, Visa, or Mastercard schemes.
- Experience in IT and business project management, including scoping, budget, and schedule management.
- Ability to document complex processes and clear functional architectures.
- Knowledge of regulatory issues relevant to the banking sector.
- Analytical ability to diagnose payment-flow problems and propose effective solutions.
- Communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end projects using Agile methods, from drafting requirements through functional acceptance testing.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as the main point of contact to maintain alignment between business teams, IT, and support functions.
- Manage governance and reporting by organizing, preparing, and facilitating key meetings and workshops, and preparing the associated PowerPoint materials.
- Manage risks by proactively identifying blockers and optimizing production-release plans.
