- Minimum of 2 years of machine building, industrial automation, or mechanical assembly experience
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and mechanical schematics
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and machine shop equipment
- Hands-on experience operating milling machines, lathes, or similar machining equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Assemble automated machinery, production equipment, and manufacturing systems from engineering drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret mechanical assembly prints, layouts, and manufacturing drawings
- Install, align, and fit machine components to required tolerances
- Support machine build, integration, testing, and installation activities
- Operate and utilize machine shop equipment, including milling machines and lathes, as required
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with modifications during the build process
- Work closely with engineering, project management, and manufacturing teams to meet project milestones and deadlines
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to company safety standards
