- Bac +2 to Bac +3 in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or an equivalent field.
- Solid industrial maintenance knowledge for electromechanical, automated, or robotic equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and methodically resolve complex breakdowns.
- Proficiency in or interest in digital maintenance tools, including computerized maintenance management systems, supervision, and performance tracking.
- Ability to analyze technical data and make rapid decisions according to priorities.
- Ability to work with varied stakeholders in a team environment.
- Troubleshoot production equipment and analyze the causes of malfunctions.
- Perform preventive maintenance operations and participate in optimizing them.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules during interventions.
- Record and track interventions in computerized maintenance management system tools.
- Propose and implement continuous-improvement actions to increase equipment reliability.
- Collaborate closely with production, methods, quality, and external partner teams.
