- Have Bac +2 to Bac +3 training in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or an equivalent field.
- Have solid knowledge of industrial maintenance for electromechanical, automated, or robotic equipment.
- Be able to diagnose and methodically resolve complex failures.
- Have mastery of or an interest in digital maintenance tools, including computerized maintenance management systems, supervision, and performance tracking.
- Be able to analyze technical data and make decisions quickly according to priorities.
- Be able to work with varied colleagues and interlocutors.
- Troubleshoot production equipment and analyze the causes of malfunctions.
- Perform preventive maintenance operations and participate in optimizing them.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules during interventions.
- Record and track interventions in maintenance tools, including computerized maintenance management systems.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement actions to increase equipment reliability.
- Collaborate closely with production, methods, quality, and external partner teams.
