Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in payments risk management and merchant underwriting
  • Track record of being calm and assertive during escalated situations

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and approve customer personas for access to services
  • Conduct thorough reviews of customer information and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of Persona approvals and rejections
  • Review incoming chargebacks/disputes and assist merchants with filing rebuttals
  • Monitor merchant accounts for potentially fraudulent activity
  • Conduct investigations into accounts presenting fraud or risk exposure
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management
