Requirements
  • At least 5 years of logistics systems experience.
  • At least 3 years of Army supply or logistics functional experience.
  • Experience with GCSS-Army and Hazardous Materials Information Database is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
  • Hazardous Materials Information Database functional experience is required.
  • Proficiency in GCSS-Army transaction processing, including MIGO, VL06O, and ZPROSTAT.
  • Proficiency in Hazardous Materials Information Database barcode management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Army property accountability and inventory control.
  • Advanced Excel data analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of Army Regulation 710-2, Army Regulation 735-5, and Technical Manual 38-410.
  • Must complete AT Level I, OPSEC Level I, and OSHA HAZMAT training under 29 CFR 1910.120.
  • Subject to Operational Readiness Plan certification as required.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary functional analyst for Hazardous Materials Information Database, GCSS-Army, and other logistics information systems platforms supporting hazardous material supply operations.
  • Ensure same-day data entry for receipts, issues, turn-ins, adjustments, and barcode labeling.
  • Maintain inspection-ready database integrity and transaction accuracy.
  • Perform inventories, causative research, and adjustment documentation in accordance with Army Regulation 710-2, Army Regulation 735-5, and Department of the Army Pamphlet 710-2-2.
  • Support Command Supply Discipline Program compliance reviews and checklist implementation.
  • Generate weekly, monthly, and CDRL SS-01 supply status and workload reports for the Contracting Officer's Representative and Contracting Officer.
  • Track shelf-life items under the Department of Defense Shelf-Life Extension Program and Department of Defense Instruction 4140.27M.
  • Ensure Safety Data Sheet retrieval-system integrity and attachment to issued hazardous-material orders.
  • Support multi-stream funding tracking and cost-allocation reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain logistics information system interfaces with Unit Level Logistics System or equivalent systems.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for system-related corrective-action responses.
  • Support environmental and safety inspections with system-generated audit trails.
  • Maintain funding traceability aligned with contract line item number-level accounting requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Logistics Readiness Center, Installation Supply Support Division, or Hazardous Material Supply Operations activities.
  • GCSS-Army end-user certification.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data-analytic tools, and Visio.
  • Proficiency in project-management methodologies and tools.
