Requirements
  • An engineering degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and ensure SQCDP performance for the assigned scope.
  • Manage production teams and support functions while developing their autonomy.
  • Deploy lean initiatives and sustainably improve flows.
  • Arbitrate operational priorities with responsiveness and sound judgment.
  • Ensure the safety, quality, and compliance of activities.
  • Support the industrialization of new products and their transition to production.
  • Lead structured, measurable improvement plans.
  • Deploy Lean and LPS standards and support their adoption in coordination with the continuous improvement function.
  • Embed the UAP in a sustainable continuous improvement dynamic.
  • Develop production UAP teams through structured field support, regular follow-up, and training.
  • Support growth by securing capacity, structuring teams, and stabilizing processes.
  • Drive managerial and industrial transformation through lean practices, performance culture, and standards.
  • Ensure customer requirements through quality, delivery performance, and competitiveness.
