Requirements

  • Be currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering, accounting, finance, administration, or another field related to the function.
  • Have an expected graduation date of December 2028 or later.
  • Have intermediate English proficiency.
  • Have intermediate Excel skills.
  • Have good communication and presentation skills.
  • Be available to work 30 hours per week during business hours.
  • Be available for a hybrid schedule with three days in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Planner with project planning and monitoring project progress.
  • Assist in preparing periodic progress reports.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to monitor projects and better understand their stages.
  • Monitor project purchases and material deliveries.
  • Support project management and planning teams with documentation required for each project stage, align delivery deadlines, liaise with purchasing and after-sales teams, and monitor selected supplies.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP.
  • Knowledge of planning software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
