Respond to inbound leads within minutes.
Book roofing appointments for Sales Representatives quickly and accurately.
Keep ServiceTitan customer relationship management records clean and up to date.
Follow up on unbooked or aged leads.
Work closely with outside sales and installation teams.
Meet or exceed a booking success rate of 85%, 250 or more calls, tenant aggregator conversion of 25% or more, and 200 or more booked estimates per month.
